Langkah-langkah untuk membuat Pancake (Vanilla & Coklat) :

Siapkan tepung terigu yg sudah di saring (di ayak supaya tidak ada gumpalan saat di encerkan) di dalam sebuah wadah,.
Campurkan semua bahan dalam wadah tersebut,.
Aduk-aduk hingga merata,.
Panaskan teflon (anti lengket), usap dengan mentega,.
Bagi 2 adonan untuk vanilla dan sisakan sedikit adonan untuk di tambain susu Milo buat adonan coklat,.
Tuangkan adonan takaran 1 sendok sayur, tunggu hingga muncul beberapa lubang pori-pori di permukaan, lalu kita balik.. tunggu beberapa saat & angkat.
Lalu kita tuang di teflon untuk adonan coklatnya, sampai adonan habis,.
Siap untuk di hias dengan topping yg telah disiapkan,.
