- 4 btr Telur Segar (Pisahkan Kuning dan Putihnya).
- 40 cc susu cair.
- 77 gr Gula Pasir.
- 3 gr Matcha Greentea Powder.
- 1/4 sdt Vanilla bubuk.
- 1 sdt air Jeruk Nipis.

Langkah-langkah untuk membuat Japanese Matcha Souffle Pancake :
- Kocok lepas kuning telur + susu cair.
- Masukkan terigu + Vanilla bubuk dan Matcha Greentea powder dalam adonan 1 dengan menggunakan Whisk.
- Dalam wadah terpisah,kocok putih telur + air jeruk nipis sampai berbusa, masukkan gula secara bertahap sampai soft peak saja.
- Ambil 1/3 bagian putih telur, aduk ke adonan ke 2, tuang balik ke sisa putih telur, aduk sampai rata.
- Tuang sesuai selera, diteflon yg sdh dipanaskan dengan api kecil, tutup teflon kalau sudah mengembang, lalu dibalik kalau sisi bawah sudah kecoklatan..
- Siap Disajikan dengan topping kesukaan๐๐๐.
